Rental terms

The driver

The driver must be over 21 and have held a licence for at least 2 years.

A second driver is free: they must be present when the contract is signed and meet the same conditions.

Each driver shows originals: passport or national ID card, and driving licence. Only drivers named on the contract may drive; they remain responsible for the car.

Duration

The rental starts when the car is delivered and ends at the return date and time on the contract.

Delivery and return

The booked car is delivered at the chosen date, time and place, including Med V airport (service to be confirmed).

It is returned in the same city, at a place of your choice. Returning it in another city incurs delivery and collection charges per the agency’s scale.

Use

Cars are delivered serviced; the renter is responsible for the car during the rental and reports any fault.

No unpaved tracks, except in a 4x4. No carrying goods, and no more passengers than insured. The renter is liable for offences and for damage caused by misuse.

Insurance

All cars are comprehensively insured: unlimited third-party liability under Moroccan law, civil liability of the renter and driver, fire and theft.

Damage is covered only with an accident report made within 24 hours. If you are not at fault, you pay nothing; if you are, material damage is yours up to the excess.

Payment

The booking is confirmed by an advance: bank card, SWIFT transfer or Western Union.

The balance is paid in full when the car is delivered.
